As the search for the district’s next superintendent continues, we welcome your involvement in the process. The Westmont Hilltop Board of School Directors invites all community members to participate in a Focus Group Discussion.
Date: February 5, 2019
Time: 6 pm – 7:30 pm
Location: Elementary School Library
We have asked our search consultant, Tom Templeton, to facilitate focus group discussions with various stakeholders in the district. Mr. Templeton will be providing us with a detailed report on the results.
We are striving to make sure everyone feels comfortable attending and expressing their views with candor and honesty. Mr. Templeton has conducted many focus group sessions with educational/community organizations around Pennsylvania, and is skilled at presenting the information to the Board with professionalism, and in a manner that respects everyone’s involvement.
The purpose of the Focus Group Discussions is to:
Explore the strengths and concerns of the Westmont Hilltop SD.
Review key issues to be addressed over the next year and beyond.
Determine the critical skills that will be needed in the next superintendent.
There is no need to RSVP, just attend and participate! Thank you for continuing to support the Westmont Hilltop School District.
