Come and meet with Jeff Malapino from our online partner, The World of Learning, to hear about the learning opportunities available to our students. The school district will have representatives available to assist with class schedules, technology, additional learning opportunities available to our cyber academy students, and extra-curricular activities available to Westmont Hilltop students.
Note - The Westmont Hilltop Cyber Academy is available to all Westmont Hilltop residents, including students that attend third-party cyber schools. Pennsylvania law dictates that school districts, thus local taxpayers, are responsible for paying the tuition expenses for students to attend third-party schools. For the 2022-23 school year, the Westmont Hilltop School District spent over $1,000,000 for cyber school tuition. The Westmont Hilltop Cyber Academy is an opportunity for students and families to select a cyber school option with better educational outcomes at significant savings to local taxpayers. As parents and educators, we understand that all parents want the best for their children. Please examine educational outcomes and consider the cost to local taxpayers as you select your child’s online learning provider.
